We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Hermitage, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will becarrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

About You
Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontiers ICE values
Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontiers business
Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision at times
Full Driving license
FLT license (desirable but not essential)
Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
Assisting Site Management with all aspects of Site Operations
Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
Working to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
Delivering CP products to customer premises in a safe efficient manner
Ensuring site checks are completed in a timely manner.
Reporting of any undesired circumstances and play a key role in health and safety on site
