We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent administrative support.
2. Utilize strong communication skills in a customer-facing role.
3. Maintain patient focus and attention to detail.
4. Work under pressure and manage high work volumes effectively.
5. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Previous NHS experience and GP Practice experience are highly advantageous.
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
3. Strong administrative skills.
The hours are 20 - 25 hours per week, primarily in the afternoons with a 6pm finish.
