RingGo is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team on our growth journey and establish new partner relationships.
You will play a driving role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key partner relationships, and introducing high-value off-street parking locations into our growing client base.

Your business judgement will be key in forging new relationships, driving growth across the full suite of RingGo off-street products. You’ll work primarily with technology partners and prospective clients to identify, develop, and deliver new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop & execute business strategies aligned with company goals. Understanding the competitive landscape and the position of RingGo in the market through market analysis.
* Outreach & Networking: Identify, develop, qualify, and target new strategic partner opportunities and off-street locations through end-to-end sales lifecycle management - with a focus on identifying high-value opportunities - building and maintaining excellent relationships with both public and private parking operators.
* Negotiations: Lead complex sales discussions to secure large-scale agreements.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline & manage key prospective clients.
* Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues across various functions to ensure seamless delivery & innovation.
* Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the industry by attending conferences, speaking opportunities, and contributing to industry publications to further elevate RingGo’s position in the market.
* Partnerships & Growth: Work with technology partners & join a dynamic, ambitious Commercial team.
What you'll bring:
Essential:
* Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership management (preferably in parking, real estate, or property management).
* Strong track record in partner acquisition & complex sales cycles.
* Self-motivated, target-driven & adaptable.
* Excellent project management & multitasking skills.
* Resilience with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to change.
* Full UK driving license (business use) & willingness to travel to Basingstoke HQ.
* Ability to travel and stay overnight where the role requires.
Preferred:
* Experience selling to private & public sectors (retail, real estate, local authorities).
* Background in parking/mobility solutions or app-based payments.
* Expertise in high-value negotiations & industry trends.
* Strong business acumen with proposal & presentation skills.
