We are looking for someone to join our new customer acquisition team that believes in our supplements and wants to be part of a growing business that is making a positive difference in the world. You will be responsible for driving the success of our Google Ads account and podcast advertising channels. You will partner with our marketing and creative teams to develop, implement, and optimise acquisition strategies that align with Wild Nutrition's objectives and values. What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute paid media strategy on Google Ads.
* Manage our Podcast marketing activity, and test other additional acquisition channels as needed.
* Conduct in-depth customer research and competitor analysis to inform planning for BAU and campaign activity.
* Generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis using TripleWhale to inform campaign optimisation and future A/B testing.
* Build and A/B test landing pages.
* Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices, innovative strategies and explore new acquisition channels.
Requirements:
* Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
* Experience in managing Google Ads.
* Web analytics, e-commerce and paid media platforms, such as Shopify, Google Ads, and GA4.
* Proven success in identifying, measuring and evaluating performance metrics.
* Experience working with different attribution models.
* Good Excel / Numbers skills.
* Strong and accurate analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making and influencing through data.
* Experience working with and managing large paid media budgets.
* Customer focus - you'll understand the core and target consumers and factor that into channels and creative confidence briefing creative and copy.
* You're hands-on, organised and a competent collaborator.
* You have a willingness to get stuck in no matter how big or small the task.
