We are seeking an exceptional professional with a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable parking solutions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary design consultancy, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring quality control, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
* Provide technical leadership on multiple projects, guiding direct reports and ensuring timely completion.
* Assume overall responsibility for project financial management, quality assurance, and technical input.
* Develop new initiatives and pursue opportunities through business development activities, enhancing personal and company profiles.
* Oversee projects within budget constraints, preparing accurate fee estimates and quality submissions.
* Maintain compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS).
This role demands expertise in parking scheme design, regulations, and policies, as well as highways design, traffic engineering, and transportation planning. You will be responsible for developing and implementing schemes from inception to completion.
Your Profile:
* Relevant 1st Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Membership of a professional institution, such as MICE or MCIHT, or progress towards this status.
* Strong understanding of parking schemes, associated regulations, and industry standards.
* Proven track record in project design and delivery, with a strong grasp of traffic and transportation techniques.
* Proficiency in using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and CAD design software.
* Familiarity with relevant technical and industry standards, including TfL guidelines.
The Benefits Package:
* Estimated salary: £53,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
* Hybrid working arrangement.
