Job Description
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Science Equipment Distribution Project.
* Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and events.
* Maintaining clear and open communication with all stakeholders.
* Managing all logistical aspects of event management.
* Conducting research to support project objectives and outcomes.
* Providing administrative support to the team, as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project / Events Assistant should have:
* Experience in project coordination or event management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using project management tools.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
