Chef de Partie
We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for DINE on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your shift pattern:
* Monday - Friday: Afternoon shifts
* Weekends: Off
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality dishes that delight clients and customers.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
* Support the Head Chef in creating innovative and seasonal menus.
* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
* Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety.
* Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food waste.
* Contribute ideas for menu improvements and service enhancements.
* Provide support and mentorship to junior kitchen team members.
What We're Looking For:
Our ideal Chef de Partie will:
* Hold a relevant culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent).
* Have a passion for creating great-tasting food and delivering exceptional service.
* Bring experience in a similar role, with a flair for innovation and creativity.
* Be a strong communicator and team player who thrives under pressure.
* Demonstrate excellent time management and reliability.
* Have a proactive and safety-first approach in the kitchen.
