Description West Suffolk Council, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 3YU £32,115 - £37,035 per annum 37 hours per week Temporary for 36 months Reference: 0008 About the role West Suffolk Council’s Property team is responsible for managing and maintaining an expanding and diverse portfolio of over 500 properties within the district including: offices; leisure centres; shopping centres; industrial sites; housing; country parks; a theatre; historic buildings and scheduled ancient monuments. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious real estate graduate who is keen to learn and develop their career in a fast-paced, supportive and multi-disciplinary environment, where no single day is the same. You will have the chance to take on responsibility for the management of individual properties, landlord and tenant work, property lettings, as well as supporting the wider team in delivering more complex, professional property management solutions across the council’s portfolio. The post will be temporary for three years during which we will provide full support and training for the RICS APC.
