We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and prestigious manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued success and development, they are looking to employ a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator to start asap.
This is a permanent role.
The role is a job share basis, working 12pm – 4pm – Monday to Friday.
Although the candidate would need to be flexible to cover the morning shift for annual leave and sickness etc.
20 hours per week.
Salary is £13,355 - £12.84 per hour.

Purpose of the role:
The job holder will be part of the shared services team and as the first point of contact for visitors will be the face of the company. A key part of this job role will entail answering phone calls and directing visitors to the site to the correct location/person, making them feel welcomed and answering any questions.
Responsibilities and duties:
Taking and directing phone calls
Greeting and signing in visitors
Setting up meeting facilities & arranging catering if required
Booking Forklift and First Aid training courses
Helping raise requisitions and purchase orders.
Arranging long service presentations
Scanning
Booking Occupational Health visits
Providing instructions regarding site safety rules and directions for contractors/deliveries/collections
Control of contractor’s inductions and insurance requirements
Adding invoices to accounts system
Receive, sort, and distribute post/deliveries.
Qualifications & Experience for the role:
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English is essential.
Customer care NVQ is desirable
Previous reception and administration experience is essential
