Description Respond to inbound claim inquiries via telephone Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls Accurately gather and enter all relevant customer and claim information into the case management system Evaluate the likelihood of claim success Determine and initiate the most suitable protocol for each claim Maintain a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Proactively communicate with customers to support them in starting their claim Provide support to Fee Earners as needed Profile A successful Claims Assistant should have: Proven experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment is desirable Previous experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team Commitment to providing excellent customer service Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £22,500 to £24,500 per annum Opportunity to work in a well-established professional services firm A supportive and collaborative work environment Full-time, permanent role based in Huddersfield Options for hybrid working.
