The Role:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4 Humanities subjects (History, Geography, Religious Education).
* Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
* Inspire and motivate students to reach their potential, fostering both academic progress and a love for the Humanities.
* Collaborate with fellow staff members to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor student development, providing appropriate feedback and support when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge across Humanities, with a proven ability to teach KS3 and KS4 students.
* A committed, proactive, and professional approach to teaching.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
