Autism Support Assistant | What are we looking for? Minimum of a 2:1 degree (ideally in Psychology) from a Top UK University. Ideally have some experience working with children who has additional and complex needs. Ability to relate to children and maintain effective relationships. Understanding of the importance of safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school. Aspirations to become an Educational or Clinical Psychologist. Autism Support Assistant | What will you do? Planning and implementing work programmes with pupils who have ASC on a 1:1 basis. Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop. Work closely alongside SEND professionals, Behaviour Specialists, and Speech and Language Therapists.
