We at Bohemia Interactive Simulations are a well-established company specializing in the development of world-leading, game-based military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. Our mission is to advance the industry by leveraging the latest technologies and trends, including whole-world simulation, virtual reality, motion tracking, and AI. We are seeking a motivated Contracts and Compliance Analyst. The Contracts and Compliance Analyst is an integral member of the Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) team providing administrative support in several areas, to include recordkeeping, preparation, coordination of contract administration and management duties, legal administration, procurement onboarding, due diligence with company policies and other related contracts and compliance tasks. This position will collect required information, seek reviews and approvals, and maintain repositories of documentation generated by multiple participants in a complex, multi-project organization. Key Areas of Responsibility: Assist with recordkeeping for contracts/agreements, export compliance, procurement and due diligence, to include filing documents in internal systems, maintaining registers, and retrieving files where needed Draft contracts and agreements and perform reviews on standard and non-standard contracts/agreements with the Head of Contracts and Compliance and Legal Assist with the collection of necessary internal reviews for contracts/agreements, export compliance and due diligence Obtain signatures once agreements have met all internal reviews, track status throughout the contract lifecycle Review and complete required representations and certifications for proposal efforts and supplier onboarding Assist the Head of Contracts and Legal with submissions for parent company approvals and resolving any comments/actions with the parent company Coordinate supplier onboarding through company systems, to include communicating with the supplier on requirements, collecting documents, reviewing for accuracy and completion, and finalizing onboarding Assist the Facility Security Officer with administrative duties related to industrial security and clearance documentation Assist with due diligence related to Export Policies and Partner Assessment Policies to obtain necessary approvals for international sales and partner onboarding Assist the Legal Team with any legal administrative tasks as required Prepare shipments and associated documentation, track status, and maintain any necessary registers Complete any additional administrative duties for the department as needed Take over contract management and administration duties and work alongside the relevant Legal POC in the region Provide administrative support in several functional areas within contracts, compliance and legal Maintain accurate records and become a source of truth for colleagues as it relates to the job duties Skills: Critical and analytical thinking, sound judgment, and mental agility Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail The ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), as well as a willingness to learn and adapt new platforms Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or regional equivalent in a relevant field, or 1-2 years of experience in a related field Previous experience working in government contracting, procurement, and/or compliance related fields Nice to have: Knowledge of EU government contracting and procurement processes, specifically in the UK and the Czech Republic Willingness to learn U.S. laws and regulations if the opportunity comes available Occasional travel for this role may be required.
