Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving value for top-tier customers? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our highest-spending customer accounts across all product lines, ensuring they maximise their investment in Tes products and services. If you have a proven track record in account management and are looking to make a significant impact, this role offers an exciting opportunity to do just that.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Oversee and manage our most valuable customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and value.
2. Value Maximisation: Communicate the unique benefits of Tes products, conduct regular business reviews, and identify opportunities for further value enhancement.
3. Usage Optimisation: Monitor product usage, develop strategies to increase engagement, and provide necessary training and resources to clients.
4. Customer Retention & Revenue Growth: Achieve 100% retention rates, identify opportunities for account expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
5. Best Practice Sharing: Lead initiatives to share best practices across the team and mentor Retention Executives.
6. International Account Management: Tailor strategies to meet the needs of both UK and international clients, with occasional travel required.
7. Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market analysis, report on account health and revenue forecasts, and utilize CRM tools effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Significant experience in account management or customer success within the B2B software or SaaS industry.
2. A strong track record of managing high-value accounts, with a focus on retention and revenue growth.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
4. Experience working with international clients and a good understanding of global market dynamics.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
6. A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset who is motivated, resilient, and adaptable.
