Marketing Manager

Rate: £35.58 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager - Growth Marketing, the candidate is expected to have a sound understanding of marketing channels including notification and email, with the ability to translate insights into marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strong stakeholder alignment across multiple projects and will be able to work across teams to identify areas of opportunity for the overall business. They will lead small and large projects to successful implementation and report on campaign performance.
Overall Responsibilities:
* Drive elements of content & offer strategies for Play’s in-store and notification and email surfaces.
* Execute & scale promotional campaigns and offers, working closely with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Development, Legal, Product Management, Consumer Marketing) and third-party agencies. Proactively evaluate results to make recommendations for further optimization and new areas of focus
* With operations, platform and product teams, assist in the conception of creative solutions & processes for scaling content delivery
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
* 5+ years of experience within one or more of the following fields: CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing focus
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with project management, cross-functional stakeholder management, and leading projects to completion.

* Detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with project management skills
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance
* Passion for growth marketing and ability to manage different marketing channels for a campaign
