Revolve Labs creates immersive digital experiences for the medical and education sectors using XR, 360° video, product animation, and data-driven prototypes. We’re a team of educators, technologists, and designers focused on combining learning theory with innovation.
We're looking for a Mid Level Unity Developer to lead the build-out and iteration of our Unity applications across VR/XR platforms. You'll work with a senior Unity Dev and have access to a wider team of creatives for support.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and help shape the future of immersive learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Unity-based XR projects and provide technical direction
* Develop and optimise interactive 3D experiences in C#
* Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers
* Implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance
* Mentor junior team members and promote innovation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 2.5+ years of Unity (C#) experience on commercial projects
* Strong understanding of VR/XR development and optimisation
* Familiarity with Meta Quest 3 and web deployments
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Background in medical or educational projects
* Experience with data integration in Unity
* Machine learning and AI interest
