Associate Architect job in Manchester with an AJ100 practice. You will be joining a dedicated team to work on conservation and heritage projects, you will be site based 4 days a week and work in a team of 15 on the delivery phase of their current prestigious project

Role & Responsibilities
1. This role is site based 4 days a week managing the delivery of their current project
2. Communicate and collaborate with a team of 15
3. You will Prioritise project delivery and new business generation supporting the growth and long-term strategy of their Manchester studio
4. Report to Directors
5. Liaising with clients and stakeholders regularly
6. Answering queries and solving problems as they come up.
Required Skills & Experience
7. 10+ years post part III is essential
8. Proven experience working on conservation and heritage projects
9. AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirable but not essential
10. Experience in project delivery stages and management
11. Proven experience working across all RIBA stages
12. Proficiency in BIM / Revit is essential
13. Have a strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations.
