Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.30
Location: Maidstone (4 days per week), remote (1 day per week), occasional workdays in London and other Apogee offices.

Key Responsibilities
* Master of Calendars: Take charge of the CEO's and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members' calendars, ensuring meetings, appointments, and calls are orchestrated flawlessly.
* Jet-Setter Extraordinaire: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, from securing flights to accommodations, ensuring smooth sailing for both domestic and international trips.
* Agenda Architect: Craft meticulous agendas, take precise meeting minutes, and distribute materials, setting the stage for productive executive gatherings.
* Action Maestro: Follow up on meeting actions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and all tasks are completed promptly.
* Gatekeeper Supreme: Screen and prioritise incoming communications and meeting requests, exercising discernment and efficiency.
* Wordsmith Wizard: Prepare and polish correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents to perfection.
* Strategic Liaison: Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with professionalism.
* Insightful Researcher: Compile insights and craft compelling briefs for executive review, empowering informed decision-making.
* Guardian of Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Mind Reader: Anticipate needs, staying one step ahead to provide proactive support and ensure peak efficiency.
* Jack-of-All-Trades: Dive into special projects and ad hoc tasks with enthusiasm and adaptability.
Experience and Skills Required
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
* Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
* Communication Savvy: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a polished and diplomatic demeanor.
* Tech Wizardry: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Initiative Champion: Ability to work independently, taking the initiative to solve problems and drive projects forward.
