We are seeking an Account Executive to join their team in the North East This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress into a field role, with a passion for skincare, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales. The Role: As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving in-store sales, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer loyalty across the North East region. You will have full ownership of your sales performance, focusing on achieving targets, building in-store relationships, and ensuring an excellent retail experience. Our Account Executive will have/be: A passionate beauty professional with experience in retail and a strong understanding of skincare or beauty products. Professional Beauty Therapy qualifications are required to level 3. Proven sales success with a track record of achieving targets, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field managers and in-store teams. A flexible, resilient, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally stay overnight as required.
