They are now seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team and support their financial operations. The Role As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company’s accounts receivable function, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control process, ensuring overdue debts are minimised Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective debt recovery Monitoring customer accounts and conducting regular credit checks Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally Issuing invoices, statements, and payment reminders as needed Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies Preparing aged debt reports and providing updates to senior management Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, organised, and confident in managing client relationships.
