Purpose of Job: To provide front line Non Conformance support to Motability Team. This is a contact centre based role. Responsibilities Primary role is acting as a point of contact for Motability Operations in addition to making amendments where necessary to ensure accuracy of job details. Inbound Phone Calls – Answer and respond to inbound phone calls within the specified SLA’s relating to response to email and telephone queries. Outbound Phone Calls – Relating to vehicle collections and deliveries. These can be to Motability, their customers and dealers. E-mail – Manage and respond to e-mail requests for vehicle collections/deliveries in line with the Motability required SLA response times. Remain proactive and prioritise workloads and to meet required lead times. Liaise with Driver Control department to resolve any customer / internal query. To provide day-to-day support to Senior Customer Advisor, Supervisors and the Customer Solutions Director Updating and utilisation of core systems via data input and interrogations whether that be AS400, Manpack. Check and maintain an efficient email inbox and associated system folders. Provide assistance to other functions where required. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with drivers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Ability to remain professional and courteous with drivers and customers at all times Liaise with contacts at collection and delivery points to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible Any other duties as may be reasonable.
