Chef de Partie Join a Team Aiming for a Michelin Star
Our restaurant has been named Best Restaurant in London at the 2024 AA Guide Awards, and we are now striving to achieve our first Michelin star this year. To reach this goal, we are building a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about excellence in food and service.
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering outstanding dishes that showcase the best of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie eager to work at the highest level and contribute to a Michelin-starred standard of cooking.
What we offer:
* Up to £40,000 basic salary plus a generous service charge
* Guaranteed two days off per week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
* Two weeks off every August (summer closure)
* First week of January off (winter closure)
* Daily staff meals while on shift

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, maintaining consistency and precision
* Work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and contribute to menu development
* Ensure all mise en place is ready for service
* Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards
* Stay committed to continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred, fine dining, or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
* A deep understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques
* High attention to detail and a passion for precision in plating and execution
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
