CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - HAMPTON - £30K - £35k
My client is a global manufacturer and they are looking for a Customer Service Agent ideally with some engineering or manufacturing experience. As a Customer Service Agent you will be able to help identify and provide reliable solutions to assure customer satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities:
* Production of quotations for sales engineers/customers in a clear, detailed and accurate manner.
* Maintaining and producing customer price lists.
* Assist colleagues with technical and engineering inquiries.
* Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations.
* Support bid preparation for new contracts and assist in purchasing activities.
* Interpret customer requirements, gather proposals and specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate specifications into cost estimates for both new and existing products.
