Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction and development? My client is a dynamic consultancy seeking an exceptional Employers Agent to join our Hampshire-based team.
Job Overview:
They are looking for a proactive professional to support their expanding residential development projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career while working alongside experts in building surveying, project management, engineering, and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre and post-contract client, developer, and contractor meetings
Review and assess contractor drawings and specifications
Compile tender documents and specifications
Coordinate specialist surveys and consultant tasks
Monitor project compliance with planning conditions, building control, and warranty requirements
Track highways, drainage, and off-site work adoption agreements
Develop and maintain comprehensive project master programmes
Execute contract documents, performance bonds, and warranties
Conduct on-site inspections and pre-handover assessments
Track and resolve post-completion defects
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to build effective business relationships
Passion for learning and rapid professional development
Background in construction and development (desirable but not mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Personable and reliable approach to client service
