Job Description
We are looking for a Service Centre Administration Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Watch Service Centre.
Working in one of our Service Centres, you will be required to ensure that the business unit meets KPIs and expectations; ensuring a streamlined, customer-oriented business whilst maintaining and continually reviewing operating processes and procedures. You will work with internal stakeholders and external clients to play a crucial role in providing a clear communication link between all parts of the business, anticipating future challenges and opportunities and responding to these effectively.
