About the Company
A large multinational leader based in Buckinghamshire is currently looking for a HR Project Manager (Pension and Benefits) to support the HR team. This company is a consistently growing large company with a modern and calm feel to their offices.
About the Role
You’ll be asked to involve yourself in a variety of duties, including collaborating with the wider HR function and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function.
Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution scheme.
2. Ensure all pensions comply with legislation.
3. Annual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providers.
4. Lead the implementation of system changes and new projects.
Required Skills
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously.
3. Strong experience of delivering projects.
4. Knowledge of pensions including DC and DB schemes.
Pay range and compensation package
You'll receive a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. The office is in Buckinghamshire, close to train and bus links from London. On-site parking is available.
