Main duties of the job As a Nurse Team Manager you will lead and manage the ward team to deliver exceptional patient care. Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and standards. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Manage ward resources effectively, including budgeting and supplies. Address and resolve patient and family concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
