Client Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media
* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team to engage further
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support strategy development and lead generation efforts
* Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
