Facilities Manager
Location: Leeds (Static Site)

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations on a single-site facility in Leeds. This is a static role with no call-outs, offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day hard facilities services, including maintenance, supporting with soft services including cleaning, and security.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
* Lead and support the on-site team to deliver high service standards.
* Manage budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships.
What You Need
* Proven facilities management experience on a static site.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
* Great leadership and communication skills.
* NEBOSH/IOSH or other relevant FM qualifications (preferred).
