Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to lead our UK Payroll Team, overseeing employee payments for UK, Malaysian, and French staff, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of payroll professionals to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
* Payroll Operations: Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory obligations, including tax, social security, and benefits administration.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance payroll efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: Proven experience in international payroll management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of payroll regulations.
