A vacancy has arisen for the role of Pathway Coordinator within the UGI Department at the Royal Derby Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will require high levels of tact and diplomacy with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enable day-to-day management. You will be working alongside a number of secretaries, consultants, and various other clinical staff.

You will need to have keyboard skills, the ability to work well in a team, and have a pleasant disposition.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Administratively coordinating and supporting the admin team within the department.
2. Managing outpatient appointments to ensure efficient patient pathways.
3. Supporting training and development.
You must also have a comprehensive understanding of outpatient administrative processes, a thorough knowledge of the 18-week RTT pathway, and the Trust's Patient Access Policy.
