As the Operations Manager for Servpro Team Skov, you will report to the General Manger and be responsible for managing the mitigation division, and branch operations in the GMs absence.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
* Ensure effective scheduling of job, staff, vehicles, and equipment
* Confirm daily documentation of work, ensuring all files are accurate and complete
* Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates
* Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
* Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate
* Manage equipment and materials.
* Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines
* Assist in the hiring and retention of staff
* Provide training for teams on equipment, safety processes, and customer service
* Develop and implement processes to improve performance
* Assist in the hiring and retention of staff
* Keep the General Manager updated on all operations
Position Requirements:
* Restoration industry experience
* Valid Driver’s License
* High school diploma/GED
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Intermediate math skills
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Xactimate and estimating experience
* IICRC certifications preferred
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
* Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
* Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
* Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Job Type: Full-time with occasional overtime and on-call requirements
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
* This is an on-call position and candidates need to be available at night and on weekends
Work Location:
* In person with local travel required
* Occasional overnight travel required for large loss or storm events
