Job Advert We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Support Worker to join us. You will be working in our Registered service supporting 3 males, both in the home and in the community. Our team promotes person centred support and positive behavioural support when supporting people with complex needs whilst working with their support plans and risk management plans. Your support will contribute to maximising the independent living skills for the people we support. You will support them in cooking, cleaning, shopping and leisure activities throughout the day. You must be willing to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns including Days 10-6, 2-10 afternoons, sleep ins 9am-11pm sleep 7am-10am, including weekends and bank holidays. Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided. This is a hugely rewarding role.
