Fire Safe Services Ltd is a well-established fire/security company seeking to employ experienced Installation Engineers. We are focused on providing a quality service to our customers along with a stable and friendly working environment for our staff. We are highly accredited with NSI Fire Gold & NACOSS Gold being the main approver for our activities. We have high quality expectations and monitor closely that procedures are met by way of regular audits to ensure that regulatory codes of practice are maintained to the highest standard.
The ideal candidates for this role should have an experienced installation background in the Fire and/or Security industry, with some electrical experience preferred but not essential. A positive can-do attitude and a full understanding of engineering job role commitments are required for the applicant to be successful.
Works can range from a number of daily small works installations or repairs on fire alarms, security systems, and emergency lighting through to working start to finish on large project installations. For the right candidate, this could mean running a project with a number of engineers or subcontractors. Opportunities for installation engineers to progress into commissioning of systems are also available, including accredited training courses with NSI or FIA.
Installation work is not limited to our local office area. While we mostly welcome broad geographical Midlands work, you may be required to work away from this area with overnight stays.

Ideally, applicants will need to hold the following valid current documents:
* A valid Health and Safety ECS Card
* IPAF (not essential)
* PASMA (not essential)
* Proof of training either electrical or FIA/NSI Courses
The following requirements are essential for the role:
* Clean driving licence (up to 3 points is acceptable)
* No criminal history as security screening is carried out to meet our regulatory requirements.
