This role is:
* Permanent
Part time, 20 hours
* NCC Band 4 salary - £24,201 - £25,795 FTE (pro rata for part time employees) - £13.26 per hour (20 hours - £13,829 - £14,740)
Role of the job:
* To support service users with their physical, personal and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential.
* Preparation and serving of meals / drinks
* Communicating with service users and colleagues report writing and sharing of information
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/ reviewed
* Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings.
Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF level 2 good level of education
* Experience of working with adults who have complex needs
* Desirable - full driving license
