The Role
We are seeking a bright and driven Employment Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join the Employment team. This role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work in an advisory capacity, with responsibilities that will include:
* Managing grievances and disciplinary procedures
* Advising on whistleblowing, discrimination complaints, and other employment-related issues
* Providing essential commercial support on matters such as TUPE transfers and re-organizations
* Offering day-to-day support to clients, meeting their diverse employment needs
* Assisting with business development activities, including networking, blogging, and attending industry events

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-3 years PQE in employment law (experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not required)
* Strong ET litigation experience and the ability to handle the day-to-day management of litigation files
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
* A proactive, flexible approach with a readiness to manage a varied caseload
* Diligence, enthusiasm, and a keen interest in learning and developing within the employment law field
