Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the production of photoshoots by sourcing costs, tracking budgets, and ensuring logistical smoothness.
* Contribute creatively to ecommerce, campaign, and still life shoots by proposing ideas and collaborating on direction.
* Coordinate production logistics, including creating call sheets and other necessary documentation.
* Manage casting processes by preparing briefs, liaising with model agencies, and gathering internal feedback.
* Oversee samples, ensuring accurate records, availability, and transportation for shoots.
* Source props and products for photoshoots, collaborating with the internal team for efficient procurement.
* Research potential shoot locations that align with creative direction and logistical needs.
* Translate internal briefs into shot lists while ensuring clarity and alignment with project deliverables.
* Plan and coordinate model castings, including booking locations, coordinating wardrobe deliveries, and managing agency communication.
* Book travel and accommodation for internal and external teams involved in shoots.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project completion.
* Support the management of product samples for shoots, including sourcing, organizing, and shipping bags and other styling pieces to shoot locations.
Pop-Up Stores and Trunk Shows:
* Serve as the primary contact for agencies responsible for designing and executing pop-up stores and trunk shows.
* Brief agencies after internal approval on creative direction, ensuring alignment with Strathberry's vision.
* Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders throughout the design and execution phases to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
* Coordinate feedback between internal and external stakeholders to refine pop-up experiences and align with strategic goals.
* Manage relationships with store partners/locations to ensure that all pop-up and trunk show installations adhere to guidelines.
* Ensure sustainability by sourcing reusable, eco-friendly props and fixtures for pop-ups and trunk shows.
* Oversee logistics for pop-ups, including coordinating the set-up, breakdown, and transport of installations between locations.
