We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a West London based boutique Property Developer.
Key Details:
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Company vehicle provided
Salary: open depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general handyman tasks across the property portfolio
Conduct routine property inspections and identify any required maintenance or improvements
Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers (e.g. plumbers, electricians, cleaners)
Attend and oversee scheduled service visits (e.g. boiler servicing, fire safety checks)
Respond promptly to emergency call outs, including out-of-hours when necessary
Be the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, providing timely and professional support
Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and service visits
Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards and compliance requirements in conjunction with third party consultants Requirements
What you'll need:
Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property management role
Broad handyman/maintenance skill set (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Clean UK driving licence
