Our client seeks a proactive, people-focused HR Officer to support their growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, youll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR services. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from sourcing to onboarding. Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing expert guidance to staff and management. Supporting training and development programs to nurture talent and drive employee growth. Managing the offboarding process with efficiency and attention to detail. Advising on HR policies, terms & conditions, and employment matters to ensure compliance and best practice. Contributing to policy development and process improvements, using your HR knowledge to enhance operations. Maintaining accurate HR records and assisting with regular reporting. What were looking for: CIPD qualification (or working towards it) with solid knowledge of NI employment legislation. Experience in a fast-paced sector(3years) such as manufacturing or construction, or engineering is desirable. A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and provide sound HR advice with confidence.
