Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative who will be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met. The right candidate should have a hands-on approach in this high-volume pick/pack order processing operation.
Main Responsibilities
Daily warehouse activities:
* Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
* Inventory management with daily cycle counts ensuring stock level accuracy
* Testing and packing of goods
* Ensure all customer orders levels are met in accordance with SLAs
* Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
* Monitor and report operational performance against targets
* Ensure all company policies, health and safety requirements and legal regulations are complied
* Process all RMAs in compliance with SLAs
* Liaise with cross-channel internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
Primary Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
* Fast paced and able to work under pressure
* Strong data management and reporting skills with high attention to detail
* Highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP management systems (Oracle)
* Counterbalance and/or Reach Fork Truck licence is a bonus
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
