Job Title: Warehouse Expansion Program Manager (CAPEX)
Role Type: Full time Mon-Friday
Duration: 12 months initially; however, this is a 3+ years project, so there is longevity there. Contractors, per the length of service policy, can only work up to 3 years (with approval). After this time, an 8-week break would be required and additional approvals for them to return after this point.

Additional Information:
The role is positioned in the Global Brands Supply, Project Engineering team providing Capital Project support to Manufacturing sites including distillation, brewing, spirits, and beer packaging and maturation warehousing. The overall purpose of this team is to deliver capital expenditure projects.
For this role, this includes:
1. Lead the delivery of Warehouse expansion projects.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cash forecasts.
3. Embed an industry-leading approach to safety in partnership with our supply chain and all workers on site.
4. Proactively manage risk that would impact project milestones, cost, and quality.
5. Manage co-ordination between various suppliers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
6. Manage the project steering committee to:
o Ensure stakeholders are engaged in the project, informed about relevant risks, and aware of decisions and support required.
o Ensure the project team gets clear direction to allow them to work effectively.
1. Prepare and present regular progress reports, including project status, financial performance, and risk assessments.
2. Support assessment of the projects' carbon emissions and implementation of carbon reduction initiatives.
3. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management and project management skills.
2. Advanced budget management skills and proven commercial acumen.
3. Ability to manage complex risks and issues effectively.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale capex programmes or projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
