Job summary We are looking to appoint a Practice Manager with a proven track record in both operational delivery and strategic planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established thriving Training Practice in the University Town of Lampeter, Ceredigion. Main duties of the job This is a full time position, based mainly at Lampeter Surgery and occasionally at Llanybydder Surgery. Please note working from home is not an option with this position. Our ideal candidate will have previous Senior Management experience, but we are prepared to invest in someone who may not have that experience but can demonstrate they can achieve all elements of the job description. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, organised individual who will enjoy delivering a high standard of work in a collaborative environment. Not afraid to make change, but also comfortable with working with systems and processes that are in place.
