Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Offer tailored assistance to individual students with SEN to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve academic success. Aid the teacher in lesson preparation, classroom management and the facilitation of engaging and effective lessons. Assist in assessing and recording students' progress, providing valuable feedback to the teacher to inform instructional strategies. Help maintain a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that fosters student participation and confidence. Work closely with teachers, parents and other staff members to implement effective support strategies tailored to each student’s needs. The Successful Candidate Will: Be a recent graduate with a degree in Education or a related field. Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role in an SEN-based classroom setting. Have an understanding and compassionate approach to helping the students in an inclusive learning environment. Possess a comprehensive understanding of special educational needs and effective teaching methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills What Do We Want From You: To thrive in these roles, you should: Have the right to work in the UK.
