Role:
To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of CTAC and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.
To act as a single point of contact for the CTAC and Vaccination Services and provide patients with a point of contact for booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments.
To inform patients of services, offer non-clinical advice and facilitate the booking, cancellation and rescheduling of appointments while adhering to standard operating procedures, following available scripts and using range of FAQs and guidance documents to determine best response
