Site Manager - Permanent
PSR are excited to be partnered with a renowned organisation with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile construction projects across the UK who are looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on high profile projects of work while maintaining their standard of excellence and will work closely with the production team and local authorities to effectively manage project costs.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and safety compliance.
2. Collaborate with the project team, architects, and surveyors to achieve project goals.
3. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Site Manager Requirements:
1. Proven experience with Tier 1 contractor.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Valid CSCS card (Black CSCS advantageous).
6. SMSTS qualification preferred.
7. Right to work in the UK.
