Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Retirement Home Support Manager to provide management support to various retirement developments in the UK. The role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Lodges, developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
About the Role
This is an 'as and when required' contract, with hours offered on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Lodges, including managing staff, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities
