Job Description
Our client is a luxury aviation business providing B2B and B2C high- end services to UHNW/HNW clients globally. A brand which is steeped in history and heritage, they have enjoyed significant growth over the last decade and have now committed a further £100million investment to deliver the next phase of expansion and growth. To date this success story has been achieved without a focused marketing effort, there is now a need to appoint a Head of Marketing to deliver a clear and consistent message across its target global audience.
As a newly created role, the Head of Marketing will inherit a blank canvas to create and execute a new, modern, exciting brand marketing strategy to promote and position the brand’s message, attracting new customers and therefore driving international sales from an ever-broadening international customer base.
The successful individual will have demonstrable experience of creating and executing sophisticated international and local brand marketing campaigns designed specifically for high-end B2B and B2C UHNW/HNW client base.. It is important to demonstrate an understanding of the complete marketing mix when creating innovative brand marketing messages, which have increased customer acquisition and loyalty and have built brand awareness. This is a brand marketing role, and the right individual will thrive in an environment where they will have the autonomy and freedom to experiment and generate ideas, whilst maintaining a deep commercial focus on ROI.

Basic £70,000-£90,000 + benefits – bonus, health, private medical cover, car / allowance, pension.
