Role: To provide technical support to a growing number of customers via telephone and remote access To provide technical support and updates on MS Windows Identify and resolve Bluetooth communication issues Identify and resolve WIFI issues To provide PC support and PC fix To learn the about the full product range (training given) To learn about the company's own tailored software (training given) Required: Previous PC / Technical Support experience A driving licence due to company location Excellent telephone manner / communication skills The desire to learn about a unique product range and associated software Willingness to work as a key member of a small but growing team Offered: Basic salary of £26k to £28k depending on experience Free Parking Lots of opportunity for career development Specialist product and software training
