Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Monthly Commission (based on revenue)

Account Manager – About our client:
Our client is a well-established clothing business working in the B2B sector, delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. They take pride in their customer relationships and are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow their client base.
Account Manager – Details:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
20 days holiday + bank holidays, plus additional leave for Christmas closedown
Monthly commission based on revenue
Account Manager – Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice and solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
Keep accurate records of client communications and sales activities in CRM tools
Stay updated on industry trends to offer the best possible advice to clients
Account Manager – What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, account management or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving business targets
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
