IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd line

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic First Line / Second Line IT Support Analyst who’s obsessed with all things tech – from tinkering with hardware and software to mastering cutting-edge communications systems.
You will get to work with cutting edge Cloud platforms, on-prem server clusters and specialised applications and will gain lots of hands on experience along the way.
* IT & Network Support – Supporting Office 365 (AD, Intune, Security groups) and Networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP tools and troubleshooting
* Technical Implementation & Training – Install and customize applications for internal users, conduct training sessions, and test bug fixes before deployment.
* Technical Expertise & Skills – Ideally you will have some knowwledge of Cloud platforms or Cloud hosted applications in either AWS or Azure
